Hi, my name is Firza Sadek and I am a certified Health coach with the UK Health Coaches Academy. I have always been passionate about health, nutrition and wellness. I am here to offer support throughout your journey in life. Your journey can be so much better if you are in good health, whether physically or mentally, feeling energized, aware, motivated and happy. I believe each person is different and unique, I offer tailored made support for each client, inviting them into my programs and working with them over a period of time. I offer knowledge, information, accountability, motivation and the right assistance to each person and their lifestyles. What would you like to improve in your health or wellness? I've been doing health coaching sessions with Firza Sadek for the past 4 weeks and looking back at where I was when and where I am today, I can only feel privileged and very confident. This has been an eye-opening and transformational experience to me. It has made me dive into myself and understand my own desires, strengths and challenges in a relax and non judgemental way. It helped me make sense of some of my own challenges and pointed out my strengths which I have unconsciously disregarded. Today I have more control of my life, a better understanding of my nutritional needs and I have been able to manage with more confidence my blood sugar balance and my weight Firza taught me some tools to help me ponder and make better decisions about my health and well-being. Firza is a humble and generous human being and she has a gift I had the privilege of experiencing, and I hope she can help others the same way she helped me too

I have been doing the coaching program with Firza for the past 4 weeks and it has been great. She helped me get better with my anxiety and stress problems. Also, when I started the coaching program I was going through a big change in my life which was very sudden so this program helped me get through this and all thanks to Firza.
